Main Topic vs. Main Idea Learning Center

This learning center aligns with the Migrating Monarchs PBL. Students work together to understand the difference between a main topic and a main idea, which is a key skill for students as they transition from second to third grade. This learning center can also be used in older grades as a means of differentiation based on student needs.
